It takes a wild man to tame a wild beat. In preparation for his fight against Gilbert Yvel in BUSHIDO 6 on April 3rd, Ikuhisa Minowa held a public training session in Tokyo's Tamagawa River on March 27th.

FEDOR EMELIANENKO INTERVIEW

Emelianenko Fedor will face off against Tsuyoshi Kosaka in the upcoming April 3rd BUSHIDO 6 at the Yokohama Arena. Four years ago, Kosaka became the only man so far to beat Fedor, although it was due to an accidental injury, and Fedor has sworn revenge. Beyond Kosaka, Fedor already has the leading challenger for his belt, Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic, in his sights.

Two additional matches have been added to PRIDE FIGHTING'S BUSHIDO VOLUME 6 fightcard ... Denis Kang ( Canada ) versus Oba Takahiro ( Japan ) and Daisuke Nakamura ( Japan ) versus Marcus Aurelio ( Brazil ).

RANDLEMAN, BELFORT AND OVEREEM ADDED TO PRIDE FIGHTING

Three additional fighters have been announced for PRIDE FIGHTING'S 2005 16-Man Middleweight Grand Prix Tournament, TOTAL ELIMINATION 2005.

Added to the previously announced ten fighters will be Kevin Randleman ( USA ), Vitor Belfort ( Brazil ) and Alistair Overeem ( Holland ).

3.17 YOSHIDA CONFIRMATION

A press conference was held on March 17 at the Yoshida Dojo to announce that a match up between Wanderlei Silva and Hidehiko Yoshida has been confirmed for the April 23 PRIDE GP 2005 Opening Round (A.K.A. Total Elimination 2005), to be held at the Osaka Dome.
