ANOTHER SIDE OF THE AXE MURDERER
08/13/2004
Before leaving for Japan, Wanderlei Silva paid a visit to the APR (Association Paranaense de Reabilita????o), a home that has for over 45 years taken care of children and adolescents with physical motor deficiencies. Silva's oldest daughter, Rafaela (age 7), has been cared for at APR and PRIDE FC's middleweight champion is hard at work to make sure that the home is available to less fortunate children who cannot afford its care. Wanderlei is featured on the home's company video and has been involved in auctions to raise money. In the future, Wanderlei might also be wearing the home's logo on his fight gear in order to raise awareness! For more information on this charity, please visit: www.apr.org.br
